Traffic

This report shows the user and viral activity on your widget over time and you can define the time period you ‘r interested in at the top of the page.

The line chart gives you a quick view of the overall success of your campaign and the table below give's you exact day to day data.

Number of Widgets

Shows the number of active installs that your widget has. The data of the exact install URL can be viewed under the tab “Installs”. That’s right, you can see exactly what sites are publishing your widget and this is a very powerful tool when it comes to viral marketing.

Visitors

The number of total and unique users that have loaded your widget.

Actions

TheWidgetFactory API let you insert custom Tracking events throughout your widget. This can be used to track how the widget is used and to see what users finds interesting in the widget. There is no limit to how many events you can add to the widget and you will get a breakdown of the individual events under the “Actions” tab.

Interactions

A interaction is according to us a user that have loaded the widget (Visitor) but also interacted with it by clicking on it at least one time. This will give you a figure on how appealing your widget is to interact with.

Click Rate

This conversion value show the number of exposures contra the number of interactions. Like the interactions value this gives you a figure on how appealing the widget is for the user to interact with.

Viral Actions

Shows the number of times users have spread the widget virally to another person. Under the tab “Viral Actions” you get a breakdown of exactly how the widget spreads and what social networks, blogs or other ways the users prefer to spread your widget.

Conversion

This value tells you how contagious your widget is. How likely it is to be spread from one user to another.

Geographical

The interactive world map gives you a day to day breakdown on where all the visitors to your widget comes from and by moving the mouse over a country you can see the number of visitors from that specific country. There is also a top list of where your users come from. At the top of the page you can define the time period you want the stats to be summarized over.

Installs

When it comes to viral campaigns it’s very useful to know exactly where you widgets are spreading. This section gives you a breakdown of all the sites and exact url’s that are currently displaying your widget. The stats for how many visitors, actions, interactions etc. each url is generating is also displayed.

Viral Actions

This report displays the viral activity in your widget. The pie chart gives you a quick overview in what way the widgets users prefer to spread your widget.
